About the Role
We’re looking for a fast, highly organized contract Resume Reviewer to help us evaluate candidates at scale. This is a high-throughput role. You'll be expected to hit daily review targets, keep pace with a fast-moving pipeline, and make sound calls quickly. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, but spend most of your time heads-down, screening candidates effectively and accurately.

1+ years experience using Google Suite tools such as Sheets and Docs
Comfortable working against daily review targets and turnaround time expectations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while working at speed
Ability to make informed decisions quickly without over-deliberating

Experience hiring across a variety of industries and functional roles.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and recommend workflows that increase speed and efficiency.
