Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and capable of forming a binding contract, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify us promptly at hello@weworkfromhome.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason, or no reason at all.

Posting a job

If you submit a job listing, you additionally agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of every listing you submit, including compensation, requirements, and location information, and for responding to applicants. We do not verify employer identity or listing content before or after publication.
• Submitted listings are reviewed before publishing and may be rejected, edited, unpublished, or removed at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice or reason — for example, if a listing is not genuinely remote, is misleading, duplicative, or violates these Terms.
• Listings must not: advertise unlawful activity; operate as an MLM, pyramid, or similar scheme; disguise unpaid or commission-only work as a paid role; require an applicant to pay a fee, provide payment details, or purchase anything as a condition of applying or being hired; discriminate on any basis prohibited by applicable law; infringe a third party's intellectual property or other rights; or contain malware, phishing links, or deceptive content.
• Payment. Job postings are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, acting as the seller of record for your purchase. Fees are as displayed at checkout and are due in full before a listing enters review. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a listing has been submitted, including if a listing is subsequently rejected, edited, or removed for violating these Terms — we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in a specific case, but doing so once does not obligate us to do so again.
• We do not guarantee any outcome from posting a listing, including views, applications, or hires.

Job seekers

Browsing listings, saving jobs, and applying through the links or contact details shown on a listing is provided on an as-is basis. WeWorkFromHome is not an employment agency, staffing agency, or party to any application, interview, offer, or employment relationship between you and any employer listed on the Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of any employer, the accuracy of any listing, or any outcome of an application. Exercise the same judgment applying to a role found here as you would applying anywhere else on the internet — in particular, a legitimate employer will never ask you to pay money or provide financial account details to apply for or accept a job.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as a job listing or a message through our contact form). By submitting content, you grant WeWorkFromHome a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service (for example, showing a job listing publicly, or including it in our sitemap and structured data for search engines). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third party's rights.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means, except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, bot-verification, security features, or access controls;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
• Use the contact form, an account, or a job listing to send spam or unsolicited communications;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

Third-party links and services

The Service links to and integrates with third-party websites and services we do not control, including employer application pages, Paddle (payments), Google AdSense (advertising), Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (bot verification), and Resend (email delivery). We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software (excluding content submitted by users and third-party job listing data), is owned by WeWorkFromHome or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as necessary to use it as intended.

Reporting content

If you believe a listing or other content on the Service infringes your rights, is fraudulent, or otherwise violates these Terms, email hello@weworkfromhome.com with details and a link to the content. We will review reports and may remove or restrict access to content at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, LEGALITY, OR LEGITIMACY OF ANY JOB LISTING, EMPLOYER, OR OTHER USER CONTENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) WEWORKFROMHOME WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR A JOB OPPORTUNITY OR HIRE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (II) 100 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeWorkFromHome and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: your use of the Service; content you submit, including any job listing; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any right of a third party, including an applicant, employer, or intellectual property owner.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Disputes

If a disagreement arises out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us at hello@weworkfromhome.com and attempt to resolve it informally. We aim to resolve issues promptly and directly wherever possible.

General provisions

• Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. We may assign these Terms at any time; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and WeWorkFromHome regarding the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
